1. About us

ClearAccess Locksmiths is a local locksmith business providing residential and commercial locksmith services across Southampton, Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and quotes

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (GBP). Where a fixed price is advertised (such as our £55 lock change offer), that price applies to qualifying work only, as described at the time of booking. We will always confirm the price with you before any work begins.

If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will advise you and obtain your agreement before proceeding. You will never be charged for work you have not agreed to.

3. Appointments and availability

Appointments are subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the agreed time. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Our standard daytime appointment service operates Monday to Friday. Emergency call-out services may be available outside these hours — please call us to discuss.

4. Your responsibilities

By requesting our services, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the property, or have the owner's permission to authorise locksmith work
• The information you provide about the lock or property is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will be present or have arranged access at the agreed appointment time

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer. Please ask us about accepted payment methods when booking.

6. Liability

ClearAccess Locksmiths carries public liability insurance. We take care to carry out all work to a professional standard. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Website use

This website is provided for information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
